A compound represented by formula (II) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof,
- wherein,
- L1 is single bond, —CH2—, —CH2—C(═O)— or —CH2—C(═O)—NH—;
- T1 is CRt1 or N;
- T3 is CR34 or N;
- E1 is single bond, —C(R5)2— or —C(R5)2C(R5)2—;
- E2 is O, —NR6— or —C(R61)2—;
- E3 is single bond, —C(R7)2— or —C(R7)2C(R7)2—;
- R1 is H, halogen or C1-3 alkyl, wherein the C1-3 alkyl is optionally substituted by one, two or three Ra;
- R21, R22, R23 and R24 are independently H or halogen;
- R31, R32, R33, R34 and R35 are independently H, halogen, C1-3 alkyl or C1-3 alkoxyl, wherein the C1-3 alkyl and C1-3 alkoxyl are optionally substituted by one, two or three Rb;
- R4 is H, halogen or C1-3 alkyl, wherein the C1-3 alkyl is optionally substituted by one, two or three Re;
- R5 is independently H, halogen, OH, NH2 or C1-3 alkyl, wherein the C1-3 alkyl is optionally substituted by one, two or three Rd;

- or, R32 and R33 are attached together so that the structural unit

- or, R5 and R61 are attached together so that the structural unit
- or, two R61 are attached together with the C atom to which they are attached so that the structural unit
- or, R4 and R7 are attached together so that the structural unit

- Rt2 is H or halogen;
- Ra, Rb, Rc, Rd, Re, Rf, Rg and Rh are independently halogen, OH or NH2;
