A carbon nanotube assembled wire comprising a plurality of carbon nanotubes,
- the carbon nanotube being oriented at a degree of orientation of 0.9 or more and 1 or less.
A carbon nanotube structure comprising:
- a carbon nanotube;
- and
- a catalyst particle adhering to opposite terminals of the carbon nanotube,
- the catalyst particle having a diameter of 0.6 nm or more and less than 30 nm.
