A method for the automated management of bacterial load detector devices (11;

• 58) inside a clean room (12), delimited by walls (14), at least one of said walls (14) being provided with at least one access aperture (15) which is able to be selectively closed by a primary closing unit (17);
• said method comprising the steps of:
• associating a transport container (20) outside said chamber (12), in correspondence with said access aperture (15), said transport container (20) being provided with a secondary closing unit (18) able to cooperate with said primary closing unit (17) so that they can be opened in order to put the inside of the transport container (20) in communication with the inside of the chamber (12);
• preparing a housing slider (23) able to house one or more bacterial load detector devices (11;
• 58), said housing slider (23) being configured so as to be contained sliding inside said transport container (20);
• driving, in a functionally correlated manner, said primary closing unit (17) and said secondary closing unit (18) in order to put the inside of said transport container (20) in communication with the inside of said chamber (12);
• extracting said slider (23) from said transport container (20) and making it available inside said chamber (12);
• positioning said slider (23) with the bacterial load detector devices (11;
• 58) on a support device (42) inside said chamber (12);
• removing said bacterial load detector devices (11) from said slider by means of an automatic operator device (46);
• disposing at least one of said bacterial load detector devices (11) removed from said slider (23) in an operating zone (Z) defined inside said clean room (12);
• wherein said step of disposing the bacterial load detector device (11) in the operating zone (Z) provides to drive a mobile base (70) associated with said automatic operator device (46) in order to move the latter on an internal surface of said chamber (12).
