Steam-type air fryer

A steam-type air fryer, comprising:

• an air outlet structure, wherein the air outlet structure comprises a body shell, the body shell is provided therein with a cooking cavity, a steam generator in the body shell generates hot steam which is introduced into the cooking cavity, the cooking cavity is provided with an air outlet hole for residual steam to be discharged, a cold wind passage into which external cold air enters is formed between the cooking cavity and the body shell, wherein the body shell is provided with an air outlet hood, an air outlet hood seat is mounted at an inner side of the air outlet hood, a steam discharge passage connected to the air outlet hole is provided in the air outlet hood, a cold air passage in communication with the cold wind passage is formed between the air outlet hood and the air outlet hood seat, the cold air passage is arranged around the steam discharge passage, a steam outlet in communication with the steam discharge passage is provided in a middle of the air outlet hood, an air outlet in communication with the cold air passage is provided around the steam outlet, and the steam outlet is provided with a guiding component for guiding high-temperature steam, which is discharged from the steam outlet, to the air outlet.
