A ceramic heater (100) having an independently controllable middle region, the ceramic heater comprising:
- a center-edge heating element (200) provided at a position corresponding to a center region and an edge region of a heating surface of the ceramic heater;

- a middle heating element (300) provided at a position corresponding to a middle region surrounded by the center region and the edge region of the heating surface of the ceramic heater.
