Abstract
Provided in the present disclosure are a method performed by user equipment and user equipment, the method comprising: UE entering an RRC idle state and enabling pre-configured uplink resource (PUR) transmission; the UE determining a configuration value of an idle time alignment timer (TAT) as a TAT for PUR transmission; and the UE starting or restarting the idle TAT according to the configuration value.

A method performed by user equipment (UE), comprising:
- UE entering a first RRC state and enabling pre-configured uplink resource (PUR) transmission;
- the UE determining a configuration value of a PUR time alignment timer (TAT) as a TAT for PUR transmission;
- and
- the UE starting or restarting the PUR TAT according to the configuration value.
