Abstract
UE (200) includes a receiving unit (220) that receives a predetermined reference signal and a control unit (230) that performs quality monitoring of a radio link based on the reference signal. The control unit (230) determines a synchronous state of the radio link based on a first error rate threshold value or a second error rate threshold value, and even if the first error rate threshold value is changed to the second error rate threshold value at a predetermined timing, applies an evaluation period corresponding to the first error rate threshold value.

A user equipment comprising:
- a receiving unit that receives a reference signal;
- and
- a control unit that performs quality monitoring of a radio link based on the reference signal, wherein the control unit
- determines a synchronous state of the radio link based on first error rate control information or second error rate control information, and
- even if the first error rate control information is changed to the second error rate control information at a predetermined timing, applies an evaluation period corresponding to the first error rate control information.
A user equipment comprising:
- a receiving unit that receives a predetermined reference signal;
- and
- a control unit that performs quality monitoring of a radio link based on the reference signal, wherein the control unit
- determines a synchronous state of the radio link based on first error rate control information or second error rate control information, and
- when the first error rate control information is changed to the second error rate control information at a predetermined timing, applies an evaluation period corresponding to the second error rate control information.
A user equipment comprising:
- a receiving unit that receives a predetermined reference signal;
- and
- a control unit that performs quality monitoring of a radio link based on the reference signal, wherein the control unit
- determines a synchronous state of the radio link based on first error rate control information or second error rate control information, and
- when the first error rate control information is changed to the second error rate control information at a predetermined timing, cancels a notification of the synchronous state of the radio link.
