Abstract
A video player for a portable multifunction device is disclosed. In some embodiments, a list of video items is displayed in a portrait orientation of a touch screen display of a portable electronic device. Upon user selection of a respective video item in the list, the user selected video item is automatically displayed in a landscape orientation of the touch screen display.

An electronic device, comprising:
- a touch screen display;
- one or more processors;
- a memory;
- and
- one or more programs, wherein the one or more programs are stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the one or more processors, the one or more programs including instructions for:
- initiating playback of media content;
- during playback of the media content, detecting an incoming call;
- and
- in response to detecting the incoming call, pausing playback of the media content.
A non-transitory computer readable storage medium storing one or more programs, the one or more programs configured to be executed by one or more processors of an electronic device with a touch screen display, the one or more programs including instructions for:
- initiating playback of media content;
- during playback of the media content, detecting an incoming call;
- and
- in response to detecting the incoming call, pausing playback of the media content.
A method comprising:
- at an electronic device with a touch screen display:
- initiating playback of media content;
- during playback of the media content, detecting an incoming call;
- and
- in response to detecting the incoming call, pausing playback of the media content.
