New compound derived from streptomyces and use thereof

A compound represented by the following Chemical Formula 1, an optical isomer, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof:

• wherein:
• X1 is H or OR;
• R is H or —Y—Z;
• Y is carbonyl, amido, amide, C1-C6 alkyl, or C1-C6 alkylene;
• Z does not exist, or is C5-C10 substituted or unsubstituted aryl, with the proviso that when Z is C5-C10 substituted aryl, the substituent is one or more selected from the group consisting of a hydroxy group, and C1-C6 alkyl and amino groups;
• and
• X2 is C3-C12 saturated or unsaturated linear or branched alkyl, or C3-C12 alkenyl.
