Provided is an electrolyte for a secondary battery including a lithium salt, a nonaqueous organic solvent, and a cyclic phosphate compound, and a lithium secondary battery including the electrolyte.
Claims14
An electrolyte for a secondary battery, comprising:
- a lithium salt;
- a nonaqueous organic solvent;
- and
- a cyclic phosphate compound represented by the following Chemical Formula 1:
- wherein
- R1 to R6 are independently of one another hydrogen or C1-C10 alkyl;
- L1 and L2 are independently of each other —(CR7R8)n—;
- R7 and R8 are independently of each other hydrogen or C1-C10 alkyl;
- and
- n is an integer of 1 to 3.
