Abstract
The present disclosure enables determining an appropriate dispatch point for a vehicle in a transportation system where a plurality of users is to board one vehicle. The present disclosure provides an information processing apparatus for managing operation of a vehicle that a plurality of users is to board together. The information processing apparatus including a controller performs a first process of acquiring a boarding request including a desired boarding point from at least one user who wants to board the vehicle, and a second process of grouping at least one boarding request into at least one group, and determining a boarding point of the vehicle for each group that is created.

An information processing apparatus for managing operation of a vehicle that a plurality of users is to board together, the information processing apparatus comprising a controller including at least one processor configured to perform:
- a first process of acquiring a boarding request including a desired boarding point from at least one user who wants to board the vehicle;
- and
- a second process of grouping at least one boarding request into at least one group, and determining a boarding point of the vehicle for each group that is created.
An information processing method managing operation of a vehicle that a plurality of users is to board together, the information processing method comprising:
- acquiring a boarding request including a desired boarding point from at least one user who wants to board the vehicle;
- and
- grouping at least one boarding request into at least one group, and determining a boarding point of the vehicle for each group that is created.
