Distributed ledger and blockchain technology-based recruitment, job searching and/or project searching, scheduling, and/or asset tracking and/or monitoring, and/or intellectual property commercialization, apparatus and method

An apparatus, comprising:

• a central processing computer, wherein the central processing computer is specially programmed to process recruitment information, job searching information, project searching information, or scheduling information, regarding a job or a project related to a commercialization activity or to a monetization activity regarding an intellectual property, wherein the intellectual property is a patent, a patent application, a trademark, a copyright, a trade secret, a franchise right, a publicity right, or a media right;
• and
• a distributed ledger and blockchain technology system,
• wherein the central processing computer receives a request to perform a recruitment activity, a job searching activity, a project searching activity, or a scheduling activity, regarding the job or the project related to the commercialization or to the monetization activity regarding the intellectual property, wherein the request is transmitted from a user communication device of or associated with an individual, and further wherein, in response to the request, the central processing computer provides or transmits an electronic forum to the user communication device, wherein the central processing computer receives, from the user communication device, information for engaging in a recruitment activity, a job searching activity, a project searching activity, or a scheduling activity, regarding a job or project related to the commercialization or to the monetization activity regarding the intellectual property, in or via the electronic forum, and further wherein the central processing computer provides a videoconference call between the individual and an employer or hiring entity or between the individual and a job applicant, an independent contractor, or a freelancer,
• wherein the central processing computer generates, upon a conclusion of the electronic forum, an electronic forum report containing information regarding an activity or activities of the individual in or during the electronic forum, and further wherein the electronic forum report is stored in the distributed ledger and blockchain technology system.
