This present invention relates to a comprehensive information system for residential addresses, which is capable of listing the entire maintenance, service, repair, et. al. history of a home, or real property, at a specific address. The information system provides a complete history of all relevant repairs, service calls, and all other home renovations, replacements, maintenance, upgrades, etc. at a specific address, and ensures the buyers and/or sellers are fully aware of all the collective work that has been completed at the property before finalizing a property deal. Additionally, the information system provides an easy-to-use interface which enables the users to quickly retrieve a report comprising information related to relevant service calls, repairs, visits, and more (i.e. work completed) on a required address.
