Sticker, condition monitoring system, method & computer program product

A condition monitoring system for monitoring a condition of at least one rotatable component of a machine, the system comprising:

• an adhesive paper label including:
• a QR code or barcode that contains information identifying the at least one rotatable component;
• a temperature sensor configured to detect a temperature of the at least one rotatable component,
• a vibration sensor configured to detect a vibration of the at least one rotatable component,
• a processor operably connected to the temperature sensor to collect information indicative of the detected temperature and operatively connected to the vibration sensor to collect information indicative of the detected vibration,
• a first LED configured to illuminate in response to the temperature exceeding a first predetermined level,
• a second LED configured to illuminate in response to the vibration exceeding a second predetermined level, and
• a wireless transmitter, separate from the QR code or barcode, operatively connected to the processor and configured to automatically transmit the collected information in response to a determination by the processor that the collected information is indicative of a temperature of the rotatable component exceeding the first predetermined level or a vibration level of the rotatable component exceeding the second predetermined level, and
• a receiver configured to receive the transmitted information from the transmitter.
