Display device for enhancing backlight

A display device comprising:

• a display panel;
• a frame located at a rear of the display panel;
• a light source located between the display panel and the frame, wherein the light source is configured to provide light to the display panel;
• an optical layer located between the display panel and the light source, wherein the optical layer is configured to transmit the light provided by the light source;
• and
• a support located between the frame and the optical layer, wherein the support is configured to support the optical layer, wherein the support comprises:
• a base extending along the frame;
• a tower connected to the base, wherein the tower extends toward the optical layer;
• a shaft extending from a rear surface of the base toward the frame;
• and
• a bar extending from the shaft in a direction intersecting a longitudinal direction of the base, wherein the bar is spaced apart from the base;
• and
• wherein the frame comprises a flat portion facing the optical layer;
• and
• a bar slot formed in the flat portion,
• wherein the supporter is mounted on the frame when the bar of the support is inserted into the bar slot and is then rotated.
