Air conditioning system

A server configured to cause a first air conditioning device and a second air conditioning device to selectively perform processing,

• the first air conditioning device being installed in a predetermined space, the first air conditioning device being configured to change an air state in the predetermined space in response to a direction inputted by voice to an input-output device that is voice operable, and
• the second air conditioning device being installed in the predetermined space, the second air conditioning device being configured to change the air state in the predetermined space in response to the direction inputted by voice to the input-output device, the server comprising:
• a receiver configured to acquire direction information indicating the direction not specifying the device;
• and
• a transmitter configured to transmit a command in order to cause an air conditioning device selected from the first air conditioning device and the second air conditioning device in accordance with a predetermined condition set in advance to perform processing in response to the direction.

A method of controlling an air conditioning system, the method being a method of controlling

• a first air conditioning device installed in a predetermined space, the first air conditioning device being configured to change an air state in the predetermined space in response to a direction inputted by voice to an input-output device that is voice operable;
• and
• a second air conditioning device installed in the predetermined space, the second air conditioning device being configured to change the air state in the predetermined space in response to the direction inputted by voice to the input-output device, the method comprising:
• acquiring direction information indicating the direction not specifying a device;
• and
• causing an air conditioning device selected from the first air conditioning device and the second air conditioning device in accordance with a predetermined condition set in advance to perform processing in response to the direction.
