Abstract
The present disclosure provides methods and systems of nucleic acid analysis. A method of enriching nucleic acids comprising barcode sequences may comprise subjecting the nucleic acid molecules to conditions sufficient to purify and/or amplify a barcoded nucleic acid.
Claims30
A method of nucleic acid analysis, comprising:
- (a) providing a plurality of barcoded nucleic acid molecules comprising a plurality of different barcode sequences;
- (b) identifying at least one barcode sequence from said plurality of different barcode sequences,
- wherein the identifying comprises sequencing said plurality of barcoded nucleic acid molecules to generate a plurality of sequencing reads and analyzing the plurality of sequencing reads to identify said at least one barcode sequence;
- and
- (c) enriching nucleic acid molecules comprising said at least one barcode sequence.
