An interleukin-2 analog having changes in binding affinity to interleukin-2 alpha receptor and binding affinity to interleukin-2 beta receptor compared with natural interleukin-2, wherein the interleukin-2 analog has an alteration of at least one amino acid in the natural interleukin-2.
A method for changing binding affinity to interleukin-2 alpha receptor and interleukin-2 beta receptor compared with natural interleukin-2, the method comprising altering at least one amino acid in the natural interleukin-2.
