Abstract
A universal cover for a water mat is provided. The universal cover has a top cover portion and a bottom cover portion that can be secured together with zippers. The bottom cover portion has a plurality of parallel buoyant bars and the top cover portion has metal structures to securely hold magnetic accessories.

A universal cover for a water mat, the universal cover comprising:
- a top cover having a top zipper on a top periphery;
- and
- a bottom cover having a bottom zipper on a bottom periphery, the top zipper and the bottom zipper can be engaged to seal the universal cover, the bottom cover portion has a plurality of parallel buoyant bars.
A universal cover for a water mat, the universal cover comprising:
- a top cover having a top zipper on a top periphery:
- a bottom cover having a bottom zipper on a bottom periphery, the top zipper and the bottom zipper can be engaged to seal the universal cover;
- and
- one or more velcro secured flaps at edges that allow connecting the water mat with one or more water mats such that each water mat is covered by a universal cover.
