- administering an effective amount of (−)-6-[3-[3-cyclopropyl-3-[(1R,2R)-2-hydroxycyclohexyl]ureido]propoxy]-2(1H)-quinolinone or a salt, or a solvate, or a solvate of the salt thereof to a subject in need of treatment,
- wherein the subject is a patient with aortic aneurysm selected from the group consisting of abdominal aortic aneurysms, thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysms, and thoracic aortic aneurysms.
A method for suppressing aortic aneurysm rupture, comprising:
- administering an effective amount of (−)-6-[3-[3-cyclopropyl-3-[(1R,2R)-2-hydroxycyclohexyl]ureido]propoxy]-2(1H)-quinolinone or a salt, or a solvate, or a solvate of the salt thereof to a subject in need of treatment,
- wherein the subject is a patient with aortic aneurysm selected from the group consisting of abdominal aortic aneurysms, thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysms, and thoracic aortic aneurysms.
A method for suppressing aortic aneurysm dilatation, comprising:
- administering an effective amount of (−)-6-[3-[3-cyclopropyl-3-[(1R,2R)-2-hydroxycyclohexyl]ureido]propoxy]-2(1H)-quinolinone or a salt, or a solvate, or a solvate of the salt thereof to a subject in need of treatment,
- wherein the subject is a patient with aortic aneurysm selected from the group consisting of abdominal aortic aneurysms, thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysms, and thoracic aortic aneurysms.
