Control method and information processing apparatus

An information processing apparatus capable of performing communication using Wi-Fi® and Bluetooth® comprising:

• a receiving unit configured to receive a predetermined operation;
• and
• a transmission unit configured to, if the predetermined operation is received, transmit first setting information used to cause a communication apparatus of a connection target to establish connection using WiFi® to the communication apparatus of the connection target using the Wi-Fi®, and transmit, based on transmitting the first setting information, second setting information used to cause the communication apparatus of the connection target to establish connection using Bluetooth® to the communication apparatus of the connection target.

A control method of a computer of an information processing apparatus capable of performing communication using WiFi® and Bluetooth® comprising:

• receiving a predetermined operation;
• and
• if the predetermined operation is received, transmitting first setting information used to cause a communication apparatus of a connection target to establish connection using WiFi® the communication apparatus of the connection target using the Wi-Fi®, and transmitting, based on transmitting the first setting information, second setting information used to cause the communication apparatus of the connection target to establish connection using Bluetooth® to the communication apparatus of the connection target.

A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing instructions for causing a computer of an information processing apparatus capable of performing communication using WiFi® and Bluetooth® to execute a control method including:

• receiving a predetermined operation;
• and
• if the predetermined operation is received, transmitting first setting information used to cause a communication apparatus of a connection target to establish connection using WiFi® the communication apparatus of the connection target using the Wi-Fi®, and transmitting, based on transmitting the first setting information, second setting information used to cause the communication apparatus of the connection target to establish connection using Bluetooth® to the communication apparatus of the connection target.
