Communication Method, Apparatus, and System

A communication method, comprising:

• receiving third information from a terminal device, wherein the third information is used to indicate one or more of the following:
• whether information about an associated beam for a random access success of a terminal device meets a first threshold,
• whether information about an associated uplink carrier for a random access success of a terminal device meets a second threshold, or,
• whether information about an associated bandwidth part (BWP) for a random access success of a terminal device meets a third threshold.

An apparatus, comprising a processor, coupled to a memory, wherein

• the processor is configured to execute instructions stored in the memory, to cause the apparatus perform the following:
• sending third information to a network device, wherein the third information is used to indicate one or more of the following:
• whether information about an associated beam for a random access success of a terminal device meets a first threshold,
• whether information about an associated uplink carrier for a random access success of a terminal device meets a second threshold, or,
• whether information about an associated bandwidth part (BWP) for a random access success of a terminal device meets a third threshold.

An apparatus, comprising a processor, coupled to a memory, wherein

• the processor is configured to execute instructions stored in the memory, to cause the apparatus perform the following:
• receiving third information from a terminal device, wherein the third information is used to indicate one or more of the following:
• whether information about an associated beam for a random access success of a terminal device meets a first threshold,
• whether information about an associated uplink carrier for a random access success of a terminal device meets a second threshold, or,
• whether information about an associated bandwidth part (BWP) for a random access success of a terminal device meets a third threshold.
