Abstract
This terminal comprises a control unit for applying, to uplink transmission, a second transmission parameter different from a first transmission parameter corresponding to a reception parameter used for downlink reception, and a transmission unit for using the second transmission parameter to carry out uplink transmission.

A terminal, comprising:
- a control section that applies, to uplink transmission, a transmission parameter different from a first transmission parameter corresponding to a reception parameter used for downlink reception, the transmission parameter being a second transmission parameter;
- and
- a transmission section that performs the uplink transmission using the second transmission parameter.
A communication method, comprising:
- applying, to uplink transmission, a transmission parameter different from a first transmission parameter corresponding to a reception parameter used for downlink reception, the transmission parameter being a second transmission parameter;
- and
- performing the uplink transmission using the second transmission parameter.
