Abstract
An apparatus and a method of wireless communication of same capable of providing good sidelink (SL) system operation performance and saving SL resources are provided. A method of wireless communication of a user equipment includes receiving, from a base station, a sidelink resource configuration signaling for more than one radio access technology (RAT) and reporting to the base station that a UE capability supports cross-RAT control. This provides good sidelink (SL) system operation performance and saving SL resources.
Claims19
A user equipment (UE) for wireless communication, comprising:
- a memory;
- a transceiver;
- and
- a processor coupled to the memory and the transceiver;
- wherein the processor is configured to:
- control the transceiver to receive, from a base station, a sidelink resource configuration signaling for more than one radio access technology (RAT);
- and
- control the transceiver to report to the base station that a UE capability supports cross-RAT control.
A method of wireless communication of a user equipment, comprising:
- receiving, from a base station, a sidelink resource configuration signaling for more than one radio access technology (RAT);
- and
- reporting to the base station that a UE capability supports cross-RAT control.
