Communication method, communication device, and network device

A communication method, comprising:

• determining, by a first network device in a first communication system, a first access parameter used to access the first communication system and a second access parameter used to access a second communication system, wherein a system bandwidth of the first communication system is different from a system bandwidth of the second communication system;
• sending, by the first network device, the first access parameter and the second access parameter to a communication device;
• receiving, by the first network device and from the communication device, a first message used to access the first communication system;
• sending, by the first network device, a response message corresponding to the first message to the communication device;
• and
• sending, by the first network device, a second message to the communication device, wherein the second message comprises indication information, and wherein the indication information is used to indicate the communication device to switch from the first communication system to the second communication system.

A communication device, comprising:

• one or more processors;
• and
• a non-transitory computer readable medium storing a program to be executed by the one or more processors, wherein the program comprises instructions that cause the communication device to perform operations comprising:
• receiving, from a first network device in a first communication system, a first access parameter used to access the first communication system and a second access parameter used to access a second communication system, wherein a system bandwidth of the first communication system is different from a system bandwidth of the second communication system;
• and
• switching from the first communication system to the second communication system based on the second access parameter when satisfying a switching condition of switching from the first communication system to the second communication system.
