Printing device, printing system, and printing method

A printing device, comprising:

• a base configured to allow a printing plate and a substrate to be transferred to be provided thereon;
• a transfer roller including a rotating shaft and a cylinder body, the rotating shaft being configured to drive the cylinder body to rotate about the rotating shaft;
• a transfer portion disposed on an outer circumferential surface of the cylinder body;
• the base being further configured to drive the printing plate or the substrate to be transferred to move, so that the printing plate or the substrate to be transferred comes in contact with the transfer portion disposed on the cylinder body, and moves synchronously with the cylinder body;
• and
• at least one image collector disposed on the cylinder body or the base, wherein
• the transfer portion is configured to allow a transfer pattern to be formed thereon, and the image collector is configured to collect, under driving of the cylinder body or the base, a position of the transfer pattern transferred onto the substrate to be transferred.
