Abstract
Disclosed is a display device. The display device includes: a substrate on which a sub-pixel including a transmissive part and a light emitting part is disposed; a transistor disposed on the substrate; and an organic light emitting diode connected to the transistor. The transmissive part includes a repair part in which an anode electrode of the organic light emitting diode is connected through a contact hole to an extension line extending from an electrode of the transistor.

A display device, comprising:
- a substrate on which a sub-pixel including a transmissive part and a light emitting part is disposed;
- a transistor disposed on the substrate;
- and
- an organic light emitting diode connected to the transistor,
- wherein the transmissive part includes a repair part in which an anode electrode of the organic light emitting diode is connected through a contact hole to an extension line extending from an electrode of the transistor.

A repair method of a display device including:
- a substrate on which a sub-pixel including a transmissive part, a first light emitting part, and a second light emitting part is disposed;
- a transistor disposed on the substrate;
- a first anode electrode disposed in the first light emitting part;
- and
- a second anode electrode disposed in the second light emitting part,
- wherein the transmissive part comprises a repair part in which the first anode electrode and the second anode electrode are connected through a contact hole to an extension line extending from an electrode of the transistor, and
- wherein, when the second light emitting part is defective,
- the repair method comprising:
- a cutting step of disconnecting the connection between the second anode electrode and the extension line within the repair part;
- and
- a welding step of connecting the first anode electrode and the extension line within the repair part.
