A compound for an organic optoelectronic device, the compound being represented by Chemical Formula 1:
- wherein, in Chemical Formula 1,
- X is O or S,
- L1 is a single bond or a substituted or unsubstituted C6 to C20 arylene group,
- R1 to R12 are each independently hydrogen, deuterium, a substituted or unsubstituted C1 to C30 alkyl group, or a substituted or unsubstituted C6 to C20 aryl group,
- R13 and R14 are each independently a substituted or unsubstituted C6 to C30 aryl group, a substituted or unsubstituted dibenzofuranyl group, or a substituted or unsubstituted dibenzothiophenyl group, and
- Ar1 is a substituted or unsubstituted C6 to C30 aryl group.
