Abstract
Systems and methods described herein provide for retrieving, from a storage device, first image data previously captured by a client device. The systems and methods further detect a selection of a first image processing operation and perform the first image processing operation on the first image data to generate second image data. The systems and methods further detect a selection of a second image processing operation and perform the second image processing operation on the second image data to generate third image data. The systems and methods generate a message comprising the third image data.
Claims20
A method, comprising:
- accessing, by one or more hardware processors, first image data;
- identifying, by the one or more hardware processors, based on the first image data, a target facial feature;
- detecting, by the one or more hardware processors, a user selection of an image processing operation to modify the target facial feature with a media overlay;
- performing, by the one or more hardware processors, the image processing operation on the first image data using the media overlay to generate second image data, the second image data including a modified target facial feature;
- and
- causing, by the one or more hardware processors, display of the second image data on a user interface of a device.
A system comprising:
- a processor;
- a memory including instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to perform operations comprising:
- accessing first image data;
- identifying, based on the first image data, a target facial feature;
- detecting a user selection of an image processing operation to modify the target facial feature with a media overlay;
- performing the image processing operation on the first image data using the media overlay to generate second image data, the second image data including a modified target facial feature;
- and
- causing display of the second image data on a user interface of a device.
A non-transitory computer-readable medium comprising instructions, which when executed by a computing device, cause the computing device to perform operations comprising:
- accessing first image data;
- identifying, based on the first image data, a target facial feature;
- detecting a user selection of an image processing operation to modify the target facial feature with a media overlay;
- performing the image processing operation on the first image data using the media overlay to generate second image data, the second image data including a modified target facial feature;
- and
- causing display of the second image data on a user interface of a device.
