Abstract
An oven comprises: a muffle extending along a longitudinal axis and configured to define a cooking cavity; the muffle having an edge configured to define an opening for the access to the cooking cavity; the opening extending around the longitudinal axis; a front panel coupled to the muffle and configured to surround the opening of the muffle; at least one sealing element; the front panel and the muffle being shaped to define a groove, which surrounds the opening of the muffle and is configured to house the at least one sealing element; the groove being defined by a back wall, a first side wall proximal to the opening and a second side wall distal to the opening; the first side wall having an axial height lower than the axial height of the second side wall.

A food oven comprising:
- a muffle extending along a longitudinal axis and configured to define a cooking cavity;
- the muffle having an edge configured to define an opening for the access to the cooking cavity;
- the opening extending around the longitudinal axis;
- a front panel coupled to the muffle and configured to surround the opening of the muffle;
- at least one sealing element;
- wherein the front panel and the muffle being shaped to define a groove which surrounds the opening of the muffle and is configured to house the at least one sealing element;
- the groove being defined by a back wall , a first side wall proximal to the opening and a second side wall distal to the opening;
- the first side wall having an axial height lower than the axial height of the second side wall.
