Abstract
A resin composition containing a polyarylene sulfide resin (A), zeolite (B), a glass fiber (C), and calcium carbonate (D), wherein the mass ratio of the glass fiber (C) to the calcium carbonate (D) ((C)/(D)) is in the range of 1 to 13. From the viewpoint of improving the release properties of the resin composition, a wax is preferably incorporated into the resin composition, and, in this case, a wax (E) having an acid value of 15 or less is preferably incorporated.
Claims14
A resin composition containing a polyarylene sulfide resin (A), zeolite (B), a glass fiber (C), and calcium carbonate (D), wherein the mass ratio of the glass fiber (C) to the calcium carbonate (D) ((C)/(D)) is in the range of 1 to 13.
A method for producing a resin composition, having the step of melt-kneading a polyarylene sulfide resin (A), zeolite (B), a glass fiber (C), and calcium carbonate (D) at the melting point of the polyarylene sulfide resin (A) or higher, wherein the mass ratio of the glass fiber (C) to the calcium carbonate (D) ((C)/(D)) is in the range of 1 to 13.
