Dependent claims

A method for treating tumor or abnormal cell proliferation, in a subject that is in need of such treatment, comprising administering to said subject:

a chemotherapeutic in an amount that is capable of reducing myeloid-derived suppressor cell (MDSC) population in blood, spleen, and/or tumor microenvironment in said subject;
and
(ii) an effective amount of an immunotherapeutic.
