A composition for aiding liver function, comprising:
- N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine;
- Glutathione;
- and
- at least one vitamin.

- Glutathione;
- Vitamin B9;
- Vitamin B12;
- cannabidiol;
- dihydromyricetin;

- milkthistle.

A method of preventing or mitigating the symptoms of hangover, comprising:
- a. ingesting a single dose of a composition, said composition comprising:
- N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine;
- Glutathione;
- Vitamin B9;
- Vitamin B12;
- cannabidiol;
- milkthistle;
- and
- dihydromyricetin;
- b. monitoring for symptoms of hangover;
- and
- c. ingesting at least one additional dose of said composition if hangover symptoms persist.
