Abstract
A new and distinct tomato variety NUN 06091 TOF is disclosed, as well as seeds and plants and fruits thereof. NUN 06091 TOF is a cherry saladette tomato variety comprising resistance to Tomato Mosaic Virus (ToMV) Strains 0, 1, 2, and 1-2, Tomato Yellow Leaf Mosaic Virus (TYLCV), Tomato Brown Rugose Fruit Virus (ToBRFV), Meloidogyne incognita, Fusarium oxysporum f sp. lycopersici Races 0, 1, and 2, Stemphylium spp., and Pseudomonas syringae pv tomato.

A plant, plant part, or seed of tomato variety NUN 06091 TOF, wherein a representative sample of seed of said tomato variety has been deposited under Accession Number NCIMB 43825.
A method of producing a modified tomato plant having a desired trait, said method comprises mutating the plant of variety NUN 06091 TOF and selecting the plant with a desired trait, wherein the mutated plant comprises the desired trait and otherwise has all of the physiological and morphological characteristics of tomato variety NUN 06091 TOF, wherein the desired trait is male sterility, herbicide tolerance, insect resistance, pest resistance, disease resistance, environmental stress tolerance, modified carbohydrate metabolism, modified protein metabolism, or ripening.
