The method includes: acquiring multiple subscription identification information respectively corresponding to multiple service instances; for each subscription identification information corresponding to each service instance, requesting schedule information corresponding to the subscription identification information from a first server end through the service instance; and sending the schedule information to a terminal corresponding to the subscription identification information.
