Abstract
A display panel and a display device are provided in embodiments of the disclosure, including: a first substrate, on a display side; and a second substrate opposite to the first substrate; and a first transparent conductive pattern is provided on a side of the first substrate facing towards the second substrate, and is arranged to be electrically connected to a ground point.

A display panel, comprising:
- a first substrate, on a display side;
- and
- a second substrate opposite to the first substrate,
- wherein a first transparent conductive pattern is provided on a side of the first substrate facing towards the second substrate, and is arranged to be electrically connected to a ground point.
