Biomarker panels for the prediction of patient response to immunotherapy, and methods of use thereof.

A method comprising:
- obtaining an initial sample comprising blood from a subject who has cancer;
- administering to the subject at least one dose of an immune checkpoint inhibitor;
- obtaining a subsequent sample of blood from the subject;
- and
- measuring a level of one or more proteins listed in table A in the initial and subsequent samples.
