A compound having the structure of Formula (I):
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof,
- wherein:
- Ring A is a heterocyclic, aryl, or heteroaryl ring;
- Ring B is a heterocyclic ring, preferably a five- or six-membered ring, optionally fused to or substituted with one or more aryl or heteroaryl rings;
- R1 and R2 are each independently an alkyl group;
- Z1 is methylene or a linking group;
- na is an integer having a value of 1 or 2;
- and
- n1 and n2 are each, independently an integer having a value of 1 to 5.
The compound of any one of the preceding claims, wherein one of Ring A or Ring C′ is
- and the other of Ring A or Ring C′ is a heteroaryl.
The compound of any one of the preceding claims having the structure of Formula (Ia), (Ib-1), (Ib-2), (Ib-3), (Ic-1), (Ic-2), or (Ic-3):

The compound of any one of the preceding claims, wherein R1 and R2 are the same.
The compound of any one of the preceding claims, wherein R1 and R2 are C1-C4-alkyl.

A compound having the structure of Formula (IV):
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof,
- wherein:
- Ring A is a heterocyclic, aryl, or heteroaryl ring;
- R1 is alkyl;
- Wa is H or benzyl;
- and
- na is 1 or 2.
