Abstract
A body mounting type power assist device is provided with an posture detection unit for detecting that a human body is in a predetermined posture, and a control unit for operating a rubber actuator when the posture detection unit detects that the human body is in the predetermined posture.

A body mounting type power assist device mounted to a human body and including an actuator assisting a predetermined operation of the human body, comprising:
- a posture detection unit for detecting that the human body has reached a predetermined posture;
- and
- a control unit for actuating the actuator when the posture detection unit detects that the human body has reached the predetermined posture.
