The present invention relates to a combination of Lighter holder, tobacco pipe, stash box, bottle opener and snuffer which have been combined for convenience.

1) A combination of tool set comprising:
- a. Lighter Holder;
- b. Adjustable Lighter Height using a larger cap set screw a used as a thumb screw;
- c. Side to side and front to back compensation for loose fitting lighters;
- d. Bottle Opener;
- e. Smoking Pipe with an extendable mouthpiece in which tube slides inside a hole from the base;
- f Snuffer;
- g Stash Box.
