A decorative, wearable system includes at least one decorative element mechanically and moveably suspended in a liquid by mechanical fixation elements and actuated by invisible mechanism(s). The liquid shares a substantially similar refraction index as at least one of mechanical fixation elements and/or actuation mechanisms.

A portable/wearable device m which at least one decorative element disposed in a contained liquid the element mechanically and moveably attached to a displacement mechanism, wherein the displacement mechanism comprises a flexible member, the liquid shares a substantially identical refraction index as at least a portion of the displacement mechanism so that at least a portion of the displacement mechanism is substantially invisible to an observer.
