Abstract
Disclosed in an embodiment of the present application is a mixing apparatus, mixing machine, and cooking utensil. A mixing apparatus that can be fitted to an electric motor assembly. The electric motor assembly is able to drive the mixing apparatus to rotate for mixing food ingredients. The mixing apparatus comprises a connection part, stirring rods extended from the connection part and stirring bars. The positions at which the stirring bars are fitted to the stirring rods can be adjusted based on the type and quantity of food ingredients to increase mixing uniformity.

A mixing apparatus that can be fitted to an electric motor assembly, the electric motor assembly being able to drive the mixing apparatus to rotate for mixing food ingredients, the mixing apparatus comprising:
- a connection part;
- stirring rods extending from the connection part;
- and,
- stirring bars;
- wherein the positions at which the stirring bars are fitted to the stirring rods are selectively adjustable based on the type and quantity of food ingredients to be mixed.
A cooking utensil comprising:
- a pot body;
- a pot lid;
- a mixing apparatus for mixing food ingredients placed in the pot body, the mixing apparatus comprising a connection part, stirring rods extending from the connection part, and stirring bars, wherein the positions at which the stirring bars are fitted to the stirring rods are selectively adjustable based on the type and quantity of food ingredients placed in the pot body;
- and,
- a mixing machine having an electric motor assembly for driving the mixing apparatus.
