Self-drilling expandable anchor installation tool and methods of use thereof

A self-drilling expandable anchor installation tool for a self-drilling expandable anchor including a drill head, a threaded member, a hanger, and an expandable member including a base and an expandable tube connected to and extending from the base, said self-drilling expandable anchor installation tool comprising:

• a driver including socket configured to engage the hanger, a pivot pin receiver connected to and extending from the socket, and a drive tool engager connected to and extending from the pivot pin receiver, wherein the socket, the pivot pin receiver, and the drive tool engager define a pivot pin receipt area;
• an expandable member engagement sleeve movably mounted on the driver, the expandable member engagement sleeve including a first end and defining interior base receiving pockets configured to receive corners of the base of the expandable member, the expandable member engagement sleeve including a second end defining a first pivot pin opening and a second pivot pin opening;
• and
• a handle including a first arm and a second arm connected to the first arm, a first pivot pin connected to and extending inwardly from the first arm, through the first pivot pin opening, and into the pivot pin receipt area, a second pivot pin connected to and extending inwardly from the second arm, through the second pivot pin opening, and into the pivot pin receipt area, such that the handle is pivotally connected to the expandable member engagement sleeve by the first pivot pin and the second pivot pin, such that the expandable member engagement sleeve and the handle are longitudinally movable relative to the driver, and such that the expandable member engagement sleeve and the handle are radially movable around the driver.
