A device comprising at least one chamber, wherein the at least one chamber comprises a lid and a cannister, wherein the lid forms a fluid-tight seal with the cannister, and wherein the chamber is adapted to hold one or more tablets or pellets, wherein the one or more tablets or pellets comprise at least one surfactant or wetting agent;
- and wherein the chamber is in fluidic communication with first and second fluid delivery members.
