Abstract
The present invention relates to a technology for the production of porcelain stoneware products, wherein the treatment process allows to re-use recovery materials coming from the treatment of urban waste. In particular, the present invention relates to the production of products for the construction of driveways.
Claims15
A process for the production of porcelain stoneware products having an average thickness greater than or equal to 4.5 cm, starting from a mixture comprising a plurality of raw materials and a percentage between 1% and 40% of ashes residual from the combustion of urban waste, wherein a pre-treatment of said ashes is applied, the ashes pre-treatment comprising:
- a primary deferrization phase in which said ashes are subjected to the action of permanent magnets for the separation of ferrous fractions;
- a phase of separation of a fine fraction with a particle size between 0 mm and 8 mm and a coarse fraction with a particle size between 8 mm and 80 mm;
- a grinding step of said coarse fraction, with a granulometric reduction ratio between 1/6 and 1/8;
- a phase of demetallization through an induced current system, for the separation of aluminium fractions.
- wherein said mixture comprises one or more of the following raw materials:
