An extruded polymer composition consisting essentially of a polyethylene terephthalate polymer composition, wherein the polyethylene terephthalate polymer composition has from greater than 0% up to about 100% by weight of homogenized deposit post-consumer polyethylene terephthalate, or homogenized deposit post-industrial polyethylene terephthalate, or a homogenized blend of deposit post-consumer and post-industrial polyethylene terephthalate, and balance virgin polyethylene terephthalate, wherein the homogenized deposit post-consumer polyethylene terephthalate, or homogenized deposit post-industrial polyethylene terephthalate, or the homogenized blend of deposit post-consumer and post-industrial polyethylene terephthalate comprises at least one impurity not present in virgin polyethylene terephthalate.
