The fat-reducing product includes a fat-reducing functional food and a fat-reducing drug, the fat-reducing functional food is used for preventing or improving a sub-health state related to obesity in an individual, the fat-reducing drug is used for preventing or treating a disease related to abnormal lipid metabolism in an individual.
