Abstract
The present disclosure relates to contact lens solution comprising cyclodextrin, ophthalmic solutions comprising cy-clodextrin for treating disorders or conditions associated with wearing of contact lenses, methods of treating such disorders or conditions using the ophthalmic cyclodextrin solutions, and kits and combination products thereof.

A contact lens kit comprising:
- (a) one or more contact lenses stored in an contact lens solution comprising a cyclodextrin;
- and
- (b) a topical ophthalmic solution comprising a cyclodextrin as the only active agent and optionally one or more ophthalmically acceptable excipients.
A contact lens solution comprising cyclodextrin, wherein the solution is substantially free of a disinfecting agent, antiseptic agent and/or a preservative.
A method of preventing, reducing the risk of, or treating contact-lens associated inflammatory condition in a patient wearing contact lens, comprising topically administering to the eye of a patient in need thereof a therapeutically effective amount of an ophthalmic solution comprising a cyclodextrin as the sole or only pharmaceutically active agent.
