Abstract
Compositions and methods for the induction of tolerance using recombinant cell surface antigens in a vertebrate subject are provided.
Claims20
A method for inducing immune tolerance against a cell surface antigen in a subject comprising administering to the subject an effective amount of a soluble form of the cell surface antigen sufficient to induce tolerance to the cell surface antigen in the subject, wherein the soluble antigen is conjugated to a toxin.
