Abstract
A cartridge for use with a beneficial agent delivery device having a fillable reservoir. The cartridge includes a reconstitution, unit dose package having first and second compartments, and a fitment. The first compartment contains at least a first constituent of the beneficial agent. The second compartment contains at least a second constituent of the beneficial agent. The fitment is disposed on the package for interfacing the package to the fillable reservoir.

A package, comprising:
- a first wall;
- a second wall sealed against the first wall to define at least a first compartment to contain a substance therein;
- and
- a peelable layer comprising a cavity that is formed to accommodate the first compartment when the peelable layer is arranged in contact with the second wall defining the first compartment such that the cavity comprises a formed region that overlays the second wall defining the first compartment.

A package comprising:
- a first wall;
- a second wall, wherein the second wall comprises a first formed region defining at least a first compartment to contain a substance between sealed portions at which the first wall is sealed against the second wall;
- a second compartment being defined by the first wall and a second formed region of the second wall to define an aseptic enclosure;
- and
- a fitment disposed in the second compartment and being joined to first wall and the second wall and configured to establish fluid communication with the first compartment, wherein a portion at least one of the first wall or the second wall is detachable from the package to expose the fitment from the aseptic enclosure.
